THE FIRST MANIFESTO FOR FLOURISHING AT WORK
Together with hundreds of colleagues, we launched the "Manifesto for Flourishing at Work" at the HR World Congress 2024 in Porto! Drawing inspiration from the Agile Manifesto, the Flourishing Manifesto forms the cornerstone of a holistic business change journey and aims to catalyse more humane and meaningful work. We are now inviting input from HR and business leaders, aiming to release the next version at the HR Horizons Conference in November. If you're passionate about driving business change and exploring new ideas, join the Freedom to Flourish Campaign and become part of this transformative movement!
