After successfully scaling up Gaius HR, its NUBO HR platform and establishing the company as recognized player in the HR technology market, it’s time to shed light on another passion. Having implemented (HR) technology solutions for over 15 years, I have always been focused on how we can leverage technology to build use cases and deliver value for customers, how can we ensure employees and users adopt the implemented solutions, how to improve the overall change management experience, how do we onboard employees and make them effective faster, how do we do this in a sustainable way and how do we make the unmeasurable measurable. While I remain fully involved in Gaius HR, Thibault d’Ursel, our DGTL Ventures team and our software partners will exactly focus on answering these questions by providing services around technology adoption, change management and sustainability.
