Launching Decoded Consulting

This year marked the tenth anniversary since I founded Nice Agency, five years since Nice became part of Karmarama and three since Karmarama became part of Accenture Interactive. 

It was an incredibly challenging and a wonderfully rewarding journey for me. Founding Nice and growing it to be become an award-winning mobile agency, with an exceptionally talented team, delivering fantastic work to a portfolio of well-known brand clients including Channel 4, UBS, Flybe and Ticketmaster. 

Nice now lives on as Creative Products, part of Karmarama and Accenture Interactive under new leadership, thriving and evolving.

My tenure at Karmarama finished at the end of October, and I’m excited to share the news of my next chapter.

I’m now launching a new company, Decoded Consulting, focused on an area I am most passionate about - technology.

I have been part of the technology landscape, organisations and technical roles evolving, adapting and going through a significant transformation.

To support this change requires a modern approach to technology leadership – one that works in incredibly close collaboration with brand, marketing, experience and product. 

Decoded Consulting is a modern technology leadership practice offering CTO services - providing both broad Technology Leadership, as well as a deep specialism in areas such as Digital Products & Services, Security, DevOps, AI / ML and Enterprise Technology.

 I’m passionate about launching a new business, to build on my 20+ years of experience and help clients succeed with their technology ambitions. 

 I am also excited to share the next chapter and I am looking forward to the journey ahead.
