Business is awesome - but it also can be insanely brutal. Sales, Marketing, HR, Ops, IT, Accounts, Strategy planning and more can overwhelm us all. And as business owners, it's even harder when at times you can feel all alone with the weight of EVERYTHING on your shoulders, and not many people in your circle to talk to that really 'get it'.

So over the break I’ve been thinking on how to scale a lil more value to those who live all over the show and not just in the big cities, so after a few whiskey and whiteboard sessions I’m stoked to announce the launch of ‘The?POWERMOVES?Small Business Club’

OUR MISSION?: 'Help 100 Small Businesses grow to 1 Million Dollars in Annual Revenue'.

True growth comes from when you can be TRULY honest with the real challenges happening within your company without feeling the fear of judgement of others, so on Day 1 we'll be setting up ‘The?POWERMOVES?Small Business Club’ a lil bit different. All members will be pre-qualified and vetted first to make sure they're the right fit, and then once onboarded into the community, everyone's profiles will be verified and then setup FULLY ANONYMOUSLY. Yup - full stealth mode! So you can really get specific with any issue you're having and get genuine support & advice in return from others on a similar journey.

NO Trolls - NO bullshit - NO judgement. 100% Real People with Real Support for Real Issues.

But progress doesn't just happen by doing nothing, so it helps having others in your corner and on the same mission as you to keep you in check with genuine accountability, call you out when you procrastinate and don't commit to Getting Shit Done (GSD) like you know you should to grow your business. So a big part of the group is this level of accountability to doing what you'll say you'll do and supporting each other to do the same.

It's becoming clear that the economic waters are about to get rougher over the next 12-18 months so we really wanted to create a Safe and Private community for Small Business Owners to help grow their businesses, and build better lives - together. I feel ‘The?POWERMOVES?Small Business Club’ can do it. And when you add in a bunch of Exclusive access to some of the best minds in the industry and a range of additional discounts, benefits and services, I know it will become something special.

Don't worry - even though we will obviously have Exclusive in person events to connect up down the line, ‘The?POWERMOVES?Small Business Club’ is?FULLY VIRTUAL?so it's NOT just limited to those living in the big smoke. So as long as your company is making OVER 100k but UNDER 1 Million Dollars - every single business owner from every part of the country is invited, and is more than welcome!

Finally, for me personally, helping 100 companies get to 1 Million Dollars seems like an EPIC mission to be a part of and get behind.
