Launch of the Canadian Sustainable Energy Practitioner (CSEP) Who's Who and Distinction
The Canadian Institute for Energy Training (CIET) is pleased to be launching the Canadian Sustainable Energy Practitioner (CSEP) Who's Who and Distinction, in the context of its 20th anniversary.
A Showcase of your Training History
The Who’s Who aims to document and display historical records of the relevant training completed with CIET by sustainable-energy professionals and is an ideal complement to your online CV, consultant’s website or LinkedIn profile. You can indeed link directly to your own record to complement your LinkedIn profile for example, demonstrating that you have those credentials.
Validating Credentials
For utilities and governments, it’s an easy way to verify someone’s credentials or to find certified professionals in their region.
Recognizing Sustainable Energy Leaders
The CSEP Distinction is a free lifetime distinction created to recognize the achievements made by those sustainable-energy leaders in Canada. The CSEP Distinction has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Follow this link to read the complete CSEP Distinction brochure.
We hope that the CSEP Who's Who will be useful to you. For those who have been awarded a Distinction: congratulations on being dedicated to developing the sustainable-energy sector by enhancing your knowledge and getting involved in various CIET training programs over the past two decades.
Best regards,
The CIET Team

More specifically, if you have received a certification title (CEM, CMVP, etc.) in the past and validity dates do not appear in the CSEP, including if your certification has expired, please send us a soft copy of your certificate so that we can update the database accordingly, and correctly reflect the points to be used towards your CSEP Distinction level. If you want to be completely removed from the CSEP database, please inform us at [email protected].
