?? Launch of the 360° Labour Mobility Programme - Transforming Skilled Labour Migration between Africa and Germany????

The Alliance is now in motion! The wheels have started turning!

On July 28th, 2023, the "360° Labour Mobility Alliance" unveiled its meticulously crafted concept, marking the official launch of the groundbreaking 360° Labour Mobility programme.

Comprising over 15 civil society institutions committed to development cooperation, international harmony, migration law, and skilled labour migration, the 360° Labour Mobility Alliance brings together NGOs, social enterprises, law firms, and others with a global and nationwide presence.

As the name suggests, the 360° Labour Mobility programme offers a comprehensive approach to skilled labour migration. Beginning in the countries of origin, the initiative offers pre-integration and orientation measures to facilitate lawful entry for potential foreign professionals. This approach blends professional guidance and support with the invaluable insights shared by migrants themselves.

Participating individuals receive comprehensive assistance during their initial year in Germany, encompassing everything from navigating residency laws and employment challenges to integrating socially and within the community. The programme also places emphasis on voluntary return and enhancing opportunities in countries of origin.

The highlight of the launch was the momentous signing of a collaborative MoU and the grand reveal of the fresh, unified Alliance logo.

This concept is truly one-of-a-kind. It doesn't solely address the interests of migrant professionals but also seamlessly integrates stakeholders such as authorities, countries of origin, employers, and migrant organizations. The objective? Dismantling barriers and unlocking potential. All summed up in the powerful motto: "With You, For You."
