Life is opportunity

Don’t just advocate and argue for what you value. Live it. Don’t just wish for and talk about your dreams. Live them.

Devote each individual moment of your life to what you sincerely care about. Bring your hopes, dreams and values to life by consistently living them.

No matter what situation you’re in, you can live it with a focus on what truly matters to you. Every day, there are countless ways to put the beauty of your unique perspective into meaningful action.

There is no need to wait for your dreams to come true. Today is when you can make them true with the way you live your life.

Make life fun

Instead of looking for reasons to complain, look for ways to laugh. If you run out of things to do, try smiling.

Have fun, laugh out loud, figure out what you enjoy the most and get yourself involved in doing it. Challenge yourself to put more fun into whatever you’re doing.

Do you want to be encouraged, motivated, inspired, enthusiastic and full of energy? Then spend your time doing what you enjoy and enjoying what you do.

It’s not really that difficult to transform a dismal, frustrating, disappointing day into a delightful one. Just stop focusing so much on the bad stuff and make the choice to make life fun.

No, it’s not irresponsible or disrespectful to have fun. What’s truly irresponsible is to go through life with your joy buried so deep that nobody ever benefits from it.

So go ahead, let the joy flow out from you as you give your energy and awareness to what really matters. Make life great by making life fun. 

Happy for yourself

You don’t have as much time as you’d like to have. But instead of resenting that situation, or getting frustrated or despondent about it, make good, positive use of the time that’s available.

The circumstances may indeed be difficult and challenging, but that’s no reason to make them even more so. Instead of fighting against the difficulties, embrace your own ability to move positively through them.

It’s easy to feel sorry for yourself, but that doesn’t really get you anywhere you’d like to go. With the exact same amount of thought energy, you can feel happy for yourself, and thankful for the very real positive possibilities that are yours.

There are all sorts of distractions, excuses, interruptions, and other people to blame for your lack of progress. Even so, you can make the commitment to make real, meaningful progress no matter what, and then successfully follow through on it.

There’s plenty of negativity in the world, and there’s nothing to be gained by adding to it or wallowing in it. You can just as easily choose a more positive, powerful, productive path.

It all depends on the way you see it and the way you live it. Be happy for yourself, for all the good you can do, and then spread your positive energy far and wide. 

Be fully alive

This is a great day to be alive. So use this day to be one hundred percent, completely, fully alive.

Don’t settle from less than the best from yourself. In every moment of this day, you can choose to live with purpose, passion, richness and joy.

Take a moment to count your blessings, and then get busy making those blessings count. Just by virtue of being you, there is so much you have and so much good you can do.

Sure, there are plenty of perfectly valid reasons to be negative. But that doesn’t mean you have to embrace those reasons.

Choose instead to be positively inspired by everything you see and hear and experience. Let that inspiration push you gently and joyfully forward as you find ways to make a difference for your world, yourself, and the people around you.

Life on this day is a priceless gift, so enthusiastically open the gift and jump all the way into it. Make the most of the opportunity you have to create great, meaningful value. 

Positive effect

Though life on this day is already good, you can improve it. Though there is immense value in this world at this time, you can make more.

The way to most fully enjoy life’s beauty is to add to it. The way to intensely experience life’s richness is to make it even richer.

Your strengths and skills grow stronger the more you use them. Your knowledge is transformed into wisdom by putting it to meaningful, beneficial use.

Do something good for life today, and the next day, and the next. Get in the habit of looking for ways to make a difference and of following through on those opportunities.
