Laugh, Learn & Train

It has been an incredible and unforgettable five-day experience completing the HRD Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation Train-The-Trainer Certification Course organized by Access Ideas (M) Sdn Bhd and becoming a Certified Trainer alongside all the amazing individuals on this exciting journey.

I am immensely grateful to Ahmad Fauzan Othman for his inspiring and comprehensive training methods, which were delivered with great passion and dedication. His teachings have significantly enhanced my delivery skills, and I am truly thankful for that. I must also acknowledge the exceptional support team who made this five-day journey so enjoyable and thoughtful.

Getting to know and connect with my fellow trainers has been an absolute delight. This diverse group brings together individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and professional expertise, adding unique flavors to our 100th batch of trainers. They have expanded my perspectives in ways I never thought possible.

I want to express my gratitude to the following individuals:

  • Venessa Venda Vitales , a polite and talented linguistics expert, who not only shared insights on workplace politeness but also treated us to mouth-watering brownies for celebration.
  • Hairi, an experienced AirAsia maintenance veteran, resembling Wilhelm Rontgen, the discoverer of X-rays. Hairi enlightened us about water trucks and their role in transporting clean and safe water to aircraft.
  • Tengku Harris Shah , a cool and composed AI expert, the youngest yet with significant experience. He shared powerful tips and tricks on ChatGPT, and generously provided the entire group with one month of unlimited usage of GPT Plus. Hurray!
  • Nur Shazwani Roslan , a chic and prolific social media influencer with an amazing voice, who shared simple steps for commercial voice-over. Her presence made every moment vibrant and engaging.
  • Weren Phan , a business veteran with a great sense of humor, surprisingly embodying the qualities of a dove, as he shared his insights on the Bird Theory.
  • Yoon PheySiew , a confident and opportunity-creating training provider, who shared a highly interesting correlation between dermatoglyphics and learning styles.
  • Noor' Azita Ibrahim CeIO, AIIA, CA(M) , a steady and no-nonsense trainer and advocate for anti-bribery management systems. She made the serious topic easy to understand.
  • Ir. Razmi Ziqri , a laid-back and detail-oriented professional engineer in the oil and gas industry, who enlightened us about different types of personal protective equipment (PPE) and warmly invited us to the Malaysian Petroleum Club at KLCC.
  • Wani, a humble and kind doctor and passionate educator, who emphasized the importance of building our musculoskeletal strength as we navigate an aging society.
  • Kim, a friendly and sincere expert in memory sports and global memory championships, who shared eye-opening methods for rapid memory enhancement.
  • Jenny Ng , a strong and determined award-winning marketing expert, who provided invaluable tips and tricks on selecting and maximizing marketing media. She is truly a force to be reckoned with.
  • Ahmad Mohd Tahir , a Health, Safety, and Environment veteran, who passionately shared his expertise on radiation hazard and prevention. Ahmad and Weren were the best buddies in class, always offering unique viewpoints representing their generation.

Time has flown by, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the company of everyone on this journey. Each and every individual has uplifted me in their own special way, and I am truly grateful for this experience. Although the journey has just begun, our next stop is obtaining the Accredited Trainer certification. I look forward to crossing paths with all of you again very soon.
