Latus Group acquires specialist occupational health provider

We are excited to announce that Latus has acquired OH Services Limited (OHS), a prominent regional provider of occupational health services.

OHS is well-regarded for delivering highly specialised bespoke medical assessments tailored to the needs of the oil & gas, maritime and safety critical industries. Operating from two key clinic locations in North East Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, OHS has built a strong reputation for its expertise in conducting a range of industry-specific medicals.

The acquisition of OHS further strengthens the Latus proposition, broadening the medical expertise across the Group, creating additional capacity for the combined customer base and increasing geographical reach. It also provides the business with greater access to the strategic markets of maritime, offshore renewables and oil and gas. Following the acquisition, Latus plans to invest in additional strategic locations, including Aberdeen and Norwich, to service these industries on a national scale.

Existing OHS clients will benefit from access to a broader range of services through the Latus Group, as well as its digital health platform, Yodha, which enables mobile health surveillance and remote healthcare delivery.

OH Services are a small, local provider, but they play a key role in the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees in our area. Yorkshire and Lincolnshire is bustling with industry, and they provide a wide range of occupational health services to a variety of organisations. Their services include health surveillance, case management, specialist medicals, drug and alcohol screening, vaccinations, clinical services, and wellbeing provision.

Their OHS team members come from a variety of professional backgrounds, bringing with them many skills. Their clinical team, led by an Occupational Health Clinical Lead, includes occupational health physicians, nurses and support workers.
