Carlos brings over 20 years of experience in sales leadership and organizational growth. As co-founder of Continuum Leaders and a Hudson-certified executive coach, he has successfully partnered with organizations to drive impact by fostering a growth mindset. His diverse life experience and leadership background make him an ideal fit for this role. Carlos combines curiosity, creative problem-solving, systems thinking, and meticulous process management with a deep understanding of team development. His career in regional sales leadership has sharpened his ability to build meaningful connections and lead diverse teams through complex challenges.

A passionate advocate for expanding leadership pathways, Carlos is committed to transforming personal narratives and empowering others to realize their full potential. He believes in the power of mindset shifts to unlock new possibilities, and he encourages individuals to rewrite their stories and step into roles of greater impact. His approach combines experience and wisdom, guiding others from thinking to doing, and from doing to being.

In his role as Managing Director, Carlos will work closely with Rafael and the Latino Professionals? team to expand the organization's reach, build strategic partnerships, and grow chapters nationwide. He will also lead initiatives that celebrate the economic and cultural contributions of Latino leaders, while fostering collaboration and connection within the community.
