Last month, we announced a new initiative, focused on creating a more consistent and intuitive API experience for Camunda users.?
One of our first steps towards a unified Camunda 8 API is building a comprehensive REST API for Zeebe. This API will provide 3?? categories of endpoints for users:?

Our ultimate goal is for the Zeebe API to cover all aspects of process management while the Operate and Tasklist APIs support data querying. To shift user task state management from Tasklist to Zeebe, we have introduced the following types:?
