1 个月Sooner or later, I think the global HR community needs to revamp all JDs. Access to information and generative AI will erode some of the premium traditionally given to knowledge and expertise, and 'generalists' who can press multiple buttons and pull multiple levers to create original work will dominate the stage. Everyone will need to be a thought leader of some sort.
