In 2023, Gender-Based Violence claimed the lives of more than 81 women in Bolivia. Aiming to eradicate this dire issue, Pro Mujer's Mujer Segura program seeks to join efforts to assist women facing this situation, to break the cycle of violence, and to bet on raising awareness among the Bolivian population.

? Pro Mujer Achieves Leader Category in the Women’s Empowerment Principles Evaluation

The Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are key practices that promote gender equality in all areas of an organization's management. This initiative, promoted by UN Women in partnership with the United Nations Global Compact, suggests conducting a self-assessment of current policies and programs, and Pro Mujer obtained the highest category (LEADER) in three countries: Mexico, Bolivia, and Guatemala. Si hubieras navegado por mi perfil público, habrías notado que hablaba francés, holandés y alemán: los 3 idiomas federales belgas. Yo no hablo inglés. Leo espa?ol básico, catalán, corso, rumano, algunas lenguas eslavas (croata, serbio, búlgaro, bielorruso, polaco, lituano, checo y eslovaco, húngaro) y algunas escandinavas (danés, sueco, finlandés y noruego) y Afrikáans (una especie de holandés medieval). Muchos hablantes de espa?ol, italiano, inglés y ucraniano me escriben en inglés por defecto. ?No sé por qué! Mi esposa habla espa?ol. Soy gala, “nerviana” y francófona. ??
