The guys do an incredible job hosting, well researched and were very well prepared. I will say the time flew by as we had plenty of fun.

Anyway, there were many take aways in the episode for a varied segment of listeners.

The episode had plenty of content about the story of LTYB clearly, however there were plenty of gold nuggets.

Here are a few-

• Follow systems and process is the number 1 driver for success for Franchise owners
• If you are going to set up a Multi-Unit Franchise, you need to be super driven and think big.
• People going into a fitness business have to hustle sales super hard but it doesn’t need to be a dirty word. A ferocious approach to problem solving is key
• Franchisors must have a number 1 goal of Franchisee Profitability to grow
• If a franchise owner doesn’t have all the skills to be a high performer, they need to employ people who do have those skills
• If a business is looking to franchise and expand, they need to be in it for the right reasons and it needs to be much more than financial reward
• Growing steady can ensure a high level of service, manage mistakes and strengthens systems, processes, and operations.
• Franchisors need to be accountable and ensure they are the best person to lead the organisation and not just have the CEO role because they are the Founder.

(There was some airtime for one of my other passions and that is Cricket, yes, I do plug Essendon Cricket Club where I coach, lol)
