The numbers from our June market are hot off the press, so let’s take a look today. So far, we’ve had a 6% increase in the average home price as compared to June of last year. For the last seven or eight years, this market has been really hot, and we’ve seen a pretty big increase. The average price of a home in San Antonio is $284,000. There was also a 4% increase in the median home price, and these two factors demonstrate that San Antonio homes are rising in value. What does this mean for buyers and sellers?
