DICEUS has launched Vitaminise Data Warehouse and Data Analytics produсts specifically for insurance companies, providing a robust solution for centralized data management. Vitaminise DWH centralizes data from various systems, enabling the ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load) to standardize and load data for analysis. It supports OLAP for analyzing data by dimensions like policy types and claims frequency, and Data Marts for focused areas such as underwriting or claims management, while Data Lakes handle unstructured data. The warehouse stores historical data for trend analysis and integrates real-time data processing for up-to-date insights, such as fraud detection. By providing a Single Source of Truth (SSOT), it ensures consistent reporting and decision-making across the organization, while analytics and reporting tools offer actionable insights for underwriting, claims, and customer management.?
Vitaminise Embedded Insurance Widget integrates insurance products directly into third-party platforms, allowing users to purchase coverage without leaving the site. This digital tool utilizes API technology to provide real-time access to insurance offerings, enhancing the purchasing experience. It features a user-friendly interface that guides users through the insurance buying process, including quote generation, policy selection, and payment processing.?
DICEUS integrated Vitaminise chatbot with a customer engagement platform allowing insurance companies to manage conversations between a customer and a bot, with the possibility of joining an agent in the chat. By implementing Vitaminise chatbot with an integrated customer engagement platform, insurance companies will be able to control the conversations between their clients and the bot, check the history of conversations, assign agents when needed, track agents’ work, monitor conversions and other reports, and launch marketing campaigns via the bot.?
We signed a partnership with Blink Payment and integrated the platform for payment processing that includes payment status and reminders, with Vitaminise Chatbot. It will allow insurance policy holders to easily buy insurance and pay for it online, which will definitely improve customer loyalty.?
