In the insurance sector, where our chatbot is used, it is instrumental in quickly processing various documents (passports, driving licenses, vehicle IDs, claims forms, inspection reports, and many more). This is what Mindee allows to do in a flash.?
Vitaminise Customer Feedback Tool, developed by DICEUS, is a feedback automation solution for insurance companies. It allows insurers to collect positive and negative customer feedback and reviews across all digital channels, create personalized survey forms, and send those to customers for rating or reviewing the company after interacting with it.
