We've been turning up the heat at Sleek, and we’re excited to share what we've been up to over the last month. For starters, our US expansion lit up Times Square, marking a significant milestone. Meanwhile, our Founder, Jennifer, and BD & Marketing Director, Lizzie, attended?Cannes Lions, soaking up the vibrant creative atmosphere and forging new connections. US Expansion Shines in Times Square
After our exciting announcement that we have expanded our reach in the US, the news spread faster than a New York minute. In a landmark moment, we lit up Times Square after hosting our largest US event to date. Although not everyone could be in New York to see the billboard in person, the event was streamed live enabling the entire team to join in the celebration from Sleek HQ. This milestone marks a significant achievement in Sleek's journey, highlighting the team's hard work and dedication on a grand stage. Did you manage to see our big, shiny faces on the billboard? Sleek Take on Cannes Lions 2024
Our Founder, Jennifer , and Business Development & Marketing Director, Lizzie , have soaked up everything the?Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity had to offer. It was a fantastic week filled with catching up with clients, building new connections, and immersing in the creative atmosphere.
Lizzie noted, "I’ve always thought music activations were the main focus at Cannes, so although surprising, it was great to see sports, especially women’s sport, actually taking centre stage! However, this shift makes sense. In a world where our attention is challenged with multiple different forms of media, live sports can still create a powerful sense of community. People crave connection, and designing experiences that foster that communal spirit is key. From Stagwell’s Sport Beach, to FIFA, Tubi, and The Women’s Sports House, there were endless options. This change highlighted the importance of face-to-face experiences. As we enter this ‘Summer of Sport’ period it’ll be exciting to see more of these activations come to life."
Reflecting on a Successful Summit Season
Now summit season has drawn to a close, we're thrilled to share our recent achievements. Earlier this month, the team delivered the highly anticipated AWS Stockholm Summit. There's nothing quite like the feeling of being on-site and witnessing months of meticulous planning unfold seamlessly before our eyes. We're especially honoured to have been entrusted with delivering AWS Summits in Amsterdam and London once again this year, in addition to Stockholm. These past few months have been nothing short of amazing, as we've had the privilege of creating immersive experiences that have facilitated meaningful connections and collaborations between AWS and their audiences.?
