While the reasons behind this shift have yet to be explored it is worth noting that 31% of workers find fulfilment in the nature of their work and 24% attribute it to their company culture.

This survey highlights how crucial it is for a work environment to be fulfilling. Employees are not merely seeking employment; they also desire purpose and a positive workplace culture. These factors contribute not only to boosting morale but also play a vital role in talent retention.

Regarding job preferences, 33% of workers express a desire for a four-day workweek while an overwhelming majority of 66% advocate for work-from-home policies. These findings indicate an increasing expectation for flexibility. Achieving a better work-life balance. As Isidro Galicia, President and CEO of Incito Consulting Group emphasizes, these offerings play a role in attracting and retaining top talent by demonstrating genuine concern, for employees' well-being.

In today's world, where inclusivity is more than just a trendy term a significant 89% of those surveyed believe that their current employers embrace inclusivity across different demographics. Additionally, an eye-catching one, in five job seekers would actively avoid companies that fail to foster an inclusive culture.
