Innovating Animal Health with Cellfie? and HT Vista?

Along with new product launches that impact human patients, our growing animal health business, Companion Animal Health, which specializes in laser and rehabilitation therapies and on-site diagnostics for the veterinary community, continues to expand their portfolio of proven solutions for veterinarians and their patients.

Companion recently introduced two key solutions that we anticipate will significantly improve animal health, provide veterinarians with competitive differentiation, and help alleviate pet parent worry. The first is a strategic investment in an early cancer detection solution for animals called HT Vista that will launch in the U.S. and Canada in the third quarter of 2022! Companion also announced the launch of Cellfie, a revolutionary new clinical pathology solution and service for the veterinary community. Cellfie uses remote enabled technology to provide veterinarians with real-time clinical pathology services for point-of-care decisions. With Cellfie, veterinarians have access to gold-standard microscopic evaluations of cytologic samples by clinical pathologists in the convenience of their own clinic.

These are just two of the many ways our animal health business intends to deliver the most advanced technologies in pain management, photobiomodulation, rehabilitation, regenerative therapies, and on-site diagnostics to veterinarians and their patients.

Accelerating Growth Through MedTech Acquisitions

Recently we expanded our acquisition initiatives to include Insight Medical Systems, a technology company dedicated to reimagining orthopedic surgical guidance with its ARVIS? augmented reality surgical guidance system, Australian orthopedic company, 360 Med Care, with the goal of creating better patient outcomes across the entire episode of care, and acquired the assets of Outcome-Based Technologies, LLC, in our efforts to build upon our legacy of bracing innovation, specifically in the fast-growing hip bracing category.
