One Los Angeles developer is going long in the luxury amenities game with the most unexpected offering – NFL football in your backyard. That’s right. As construction on the new Los Angeles Rams new stadium complex gets underway, plans are being made to include a collection of luxury homes to the mix.

The new stadium complex, dubbed Hollywood Park, is planning to include up to 3,000 residential homes. And while some will be aimed at middle-income buyers, most will be geared to take advantage of LA’s robust real estate market. The high-end apartments will boast soaring beamed ceilings, wedge hardwood flooring and sliding glass doors that open to reveal superb views of the gleaming new stadium. Easy access to the home games goes without saying.
