A long-standing client of Practicus, this large charity is going through exciting change. It is making significant changes to its resourcing model and looking for a Programme Lead to design and deliver the programme from end to end. This role will involve reviewing the proposed changes in place and making recommendations, then delivering the programme in a phased approach.
They are looking for someone who has worked on large, complex people transformation programmes before and have a good understanding of employment law in the UK. A strong HR background with recent transformation experience would be highly desirable. This role will be fully remote but will require travel to different sites across the UK. This programme will look to start by the end of March and will run into the middle of 2023.

They have grown substantially through acquisition over the last 18 months and are looking to grow their HR department. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work as a generalist, looking after over 2 thousand employees across London. This role will cover generalist activities, but also feature a number of ad hoc transformation projects as well.

Practicus are partnering with a global digital advertising business, going through exciting change. They are looking for an Interim Business Analyst to support a high-profile events management programme, looking to bring in a new system for their events. Currently, they are using a bespoke system that isn't fit for purpose or scalable and are looking for a new system that can integrate into their new Salesforce platform seamlessly.
This role will be joining the programme at the beginning and setting the foundations for success. This role will be shaping and documenting the requirements and putting them into user cases, which will be used when they look to select a new system.

Practicus are partnered with a leading, global media/advertising agency to help them find a Project Manager with strong organizational skills, and ideally some experience working on vulnerability management or the cyber security.
The business is currently being audited by an external consultancy and have remediation tasks that need actioning. This is a very large organisation where you will be working the conduit between the technical stakeholders who are making the relevant changes, and the senior stakeholders in the business to ensure that everything is aligned, and expectations are managed.

Practicus are partnered with a rapidly growing open-source software company to help them find a HRIS/Recruitment Process Business Analyst to assist with 2 key projects.
The first, and most important project is focused around gathering requirements from recruiters within the business to come to an agreement of ‘what good looks like’. This will involve fully documenting the proposed ‘To Be’ model and process flow, with a view to end up with a fully documented end-to-end design. This role will also involve being active within workshops held by an external IT company, to ensure that all changes and design recommendations from the external company are fully analysed and understood.
The second project is focused around gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders and the Germany Works Council in order to implement AI based functionalities into Workday. This will involve working directly with Workday and an external IT partner to document high level system designs, prepare presentations and coordinate demos to key stakeholders.

Our client works in the food production industry that is now looking for an ER Consultant/ Advisor to join the team. The client is looking to outsource their distribution centre to a 3rd party to create more space in their current factory for packaging.
This project will therefore have many aspects such as TUPE, redundancy, outplacement and retention packages. Naturally not everyone will want to move to a 3rd party so there needs to be a consideration for retention, outplacement and redundancy support/packages.
