The latest product updates
Connectivity
TripAdvisor is exiting the vacation and short-term rental market, disabling bookings after October 31st, and transitioning from direct homeowner contracts to an affiliate model. Hosts can sign up for Agoda's pilot program, while Airbnb will have full PMS integration from October, with Hospitable as your central hub to manage pricing and availability—service fees will vary, with North American hosts able to choose a split or host-only fee, while other regions will shift to host-only fees.
Direct
The issue with single property sites using the two-page template with a list view has been fixed, and the hero header section is back with an option to include or remove it. We've also added support for Google Analytics on Hospitable sites, with self-hosted sites coming soon.
Mogul plan and Owner Statements
Owner Statements are becoming more flexible with customizable commission options in progress, including recommendations like accommodation after discounts or payout after pass-through taxes—or you can create your own custom setup. We're also planning accounting integrations, allowing you to create journal entries mapped to your chart of accounts when statements are published.
Smart devices
TT Locks are now available to all hosts, making smart lock management easier. We're also planning thermostat integrations, allowing you to align climate schedules with reservations and control temperature directly from your device dashboard.
Ad-hoc guest verification
You can now verify guests from any platform, anytime, with full control through two checks: identity verification and a sex offender check. This feature, currently in beta and available to all hosts by the end of September, prevents check-in by delaying scheduled messages, while banners and thread events keep you updated on the status.
