The Latest From Our Real Estate Market

As we head into the second half of July and the second half of the year, let’s take a quick look at what our real estate market saw in June. We compared the latest numbers to both the previous month and the previous year’s numbers, and we noticed some surprising trends. We’re still in a strong seller’s market, and it has gotten even stronger after a 35.8% drop in our months’ supply of inventory.
