The Los Angeles Times begs audience members, “Please, allow this sly, daring, genuinely congenial comic to talk his way into your theatrical life,” and The South Pasadenan calls the show “high-octane, non-stop, side-splitting entertainment.”

HAMLET, SOLUS

March 21 – April 7 ISC Studio in Atwater Village

From the producers of the Griffith Park Shakespeare Festival comes a bold new experiment: Hamlet, Solus! David Melville’s personal exploration of the play interweaves technology and poetry. In it, he plays all the key roles while simultaneously building the sound design of the performance live in front of the audience. Along the way, he excavates the most famous theatrical skull, Yorick, to examine the sometimes blurry line between humor and grief.
