I feel so attacked, literally! Our wellness committee hooked us up with a self-defense class - family members were welcome too. My daughter and I picked up some super useful skills if we ever find ourselves in a sticky situation. ???? When we got home, my husband stepped up to portray an attacker while my daughter let him have it!

We had the cutest little visitor in our department recently (I know, I'm biased)! My youngest came to the flu shot clinic and wanted to see where I work...he was very inquisitive about my pink hard hat. After inspecting my work area and coloring a picture with my limited art supplies, he had forgotten all about the flu shot he received. ??
