In the calm before the holiday storm, we have a chance to celebrate what we're thankful for; family (including work family), friends, and good health top my list. Between our work luncheon and many family gatherings, I'm glad things have mostly returned to normal. Thankful the entire Thanksgiving dinner doesn't rest solely on me as one constant remains—my husband continues his tradition of carving up the main course!

I have BIG news since I last wrote to you, I checked off a bucket list item! My hubby surprised me with tickets to see Stevie Nicks in concert...AND Billy Joel was with her. ?? Seeing Stevie do her signature twirl and hearing Landslide and Piano Man live was amazing. They put on one heck of a show, and the Vikings stadium was impressive.
