We picked this one up at 15% below market value – needs a ￡12K refurbishment to take it from a 2 bedroom terrace into a three bedroom multi-let for some lovely students; overall it’s in great shape but will look the dogs! when we’ve finished with it and expecting a significant uplift in valuation at the refinance stage.
