Last Week in IT: (10/28-11/1): Kaseya Announces Acquisition + Who Are The Top Authentication Companies + Most Reviewed Companies in October.

Big week at DattoCon with Kaseya announcing the acquistion of SaaS Alerts . I do have a link in the shoutout section to a more in depth reporting on what this means.

In addition to the acquistion, Kaseya is pushing hard against it's competition with several additions to their K365 offering. The first is that they are including DNS & Web Filtering for FREE in the offering. Second, an MSP can now add SaaS Alerts and ID Agent (Dark Web and Security Awareness Training) to their K365 package for an additional $2.79 per user/per month.

From the looks of the activity at the deal desk at the event, these new packages went over well with this crowd.

Kaseya continues to bring a huge crowd of MSPs to DattoCon with updwards of 3,500 MSPs in attendence.

Now the industry shifts to IT Nation next week which is also while you'll notice there are not many in-person or webinars taking place in the upcoming week.
