Recently I was taking one candidate's interview for the Seo Manager profile!

AND it suddenly clicks on my mind that he was very good at SEO techniques but he failed to told me what he did in his past organizations.

THIS HAPPENED WITH US ALL IN THE PAST RIGHT?
