The Innovation Summit will present a series of discussions, dedicated to understanding groundbreaking innovations and how they overcame barriers to innovation to revolutionise safety and efficiency. With a special talk from the European Space Agency, join us as we engage in thought-provoking conversations with business leaders at the forefront of technological safety advancements.
Join Darren Cobb, Head of Workforce Delivery Safety for Network Rail’s Eastern Region, as he dives into the importance of leveraging data to help understand where solutions and innovation can best be applied to solve specific safety challenges, helping to build a compelling business case for breakthrough safety solutions.
An expert in bringing together psychology with technology, Jules Reed will share practical strategies and actionable tips, exploring the challenges of adoption and engagement, highlighting how humans often struggle with adaptation, and a toxic safety culture can further complicate the integration process.
