We’re still in a seller’s market in Santa Cruz County, with 1.8* months of inventory on the market as of April 4th for single-family homes. In March, the number of new listings rose to 217, and the number of closings rose to 133. The average sale-to-list price ratio rose to 100.8%, while average days on market dropped to 37. The median sale price rose to $910,000, which is 15.2% higher than the median sale price from March 2016.
