Last minute top tips for AU2020

Passport, ESTA, confirmation of car park booking, boarding pass, hand luggage and baggage! Usually at this time of year I would be on my way to Las Vegas to see my friends at Autodesk University.

There are so many small - but important items that go into enjoying a week at AU, a good 'Top Tip' round up is a welcome resource to make sure that nothing is forgotten that might help us enjoy our week.

Comfortable shoes, lip balm, water and a snack, a notepad and pencil, device charger and backup battery, business cards, comfortable shoes - are all things we usually need to ensure a comfortable week of learning, connecting and exploring at AU. But - what will we need this year?

Autodesk University 2020 is free. Register here: https://www.autodesk.com/autodesk-university/conference/overview

Autodesk University digital experience

Sadly, we won't see each other in person at Autodesk University this year. But we will have a 'Virtual' AU to attend - which will be as close to the real thing as possible.

The good news is that we don't have to travel, or leave our loved ones at home. There won't be any jet lag, no sleep deprivation, and no dehydration. And no walking (Oh! all the walking!).

All we really need to enjoy #AU2020 is a good internet connection, and a couple of hours away from work.

(You can make yourself a drink and a snack if you like).

There is a lot to be thankful for this year, we can be pleased about some of the things that we can still do, and we can be pleased about some of the things that we won't have to do!

I will miss you all, but I'll enjoy the break - and I'll look forward to seeing you virtually at AU2020 and in real life at AU2021!
