Last minute tips to help with your SNAP test 2019 preparations

November has begun, and the exam date for SNAP exam 2019 is approaching thick and fast. By now, you have upped the ante in your preparations, and making sure no stone is left unturned in your quest for a Symbiosis MBA admission. Therefore, your effort deserves some last-minute helpful tips, which will go a long way in aiding your exam preparations. We have listed down a few of them.

1. Maintain your self-belief

Just like many aspirants, your preparations for SNAP test 2019 began months advance to the exam date. In that period, you not only covered your syllabus, but also revised it, and attempted many mocks to test yourself. As a result, you have sincerely made an effort to prepare for this exam thoroughly, and in the process, gained enough confidence from your preparations. 2. Manage your schedule

● Reasoning - Assertion and Reasons, Assumption-Premise-Conclusion, Cause and Effect, Coding and Decoding, Critical Reasoning, Family tree, Statements and assumptions, Statements and conclusions, Symbol Based problems, Visual reasoning.

● General English - Reading and Comprehension, Grammar, Fill in the blanks, Sentence correction, Vocabulary, Synonyms, Antonyms, and Jumbled sentences.

● Quantitative Aptitude - Algebra, Ratios and Proportions, LCM, HCF, Statistics, Mean, Permutations and combinations, Progressions, A.P. and G.P., Geometry, Number Systems, Trigonometry.

4. Improve your accuracy

The key to cracking an MBA entrance exam lies in the quality of attempts, rather than the number of attempts. You can attempt as many questions as you want, but if they turn out to be incorrect, your percentile will go down due to negative marking. Therefore, you must focus on your accuracy.

The ideal way to go about improving your accuracy is by identifying your stronger topics. Based on that identification, you can attempt questions based on topics you are thoroughly familiar with.

If you can maintain your accuracy between the 80-90 per cent range, you stand a strong chance of cracking this exam.

5. Attempt as many mocks as you can

The best way to test your preparations is by attempting mocks. Mocks will present an exact picture of where you excel and where you lag. With SNAP around the corner, you must give as many mocks you can. It will help you eliminate your weaknesses, and you will also learn how to play with your strengths on exam day.
