Last day at IER

Dear Partners, Dear Associates, Dear Valued Customers,

Breaking the news of a departure from a company you are deeply attached, is always a very difficult exercise.

Over the last two years, I had incredible memories from Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Japan, Dubai, Iran, New Zealand, Australia to the city of Beirut, Dubai, and so many more, it has been an amazing journey. Amazing because of your kindness and forgiveness, for your continuous support who shown to me and IER PTE team.

What did I learn from you?

Today economic development can only happened in a collaborative environment, the right mindset and leadership. Engaging you, our partners and our customers as well as our employees with honesty and sincerity to build solutions that solve the end-customers (passengers... you, me, your family and friends when traveling) that is the most important value.

Sharing expertise is essential to innovate together.

Thanks to @Changi Airport and Airline partners, we deployed a great digital solution for passenger self-service check-in application as a White Label Application with new business model (pay per boarding pass), thanks to @Kin Yee and @SIM Lenneth who lead the delivery and monitoring on daily basis the App serving millions of passengers.

IER solutions and services of tomorrow will only happened if we know how to listen to you, your challenges, seat down side-by-side to design your dream passenger flow at every touch points. We work together to deliver the best possible Customer Experience. All our projects start with a strategy. Basically prioritising people, putting the human experience at the beginning of the design process.

What am I the most proud of?

I am very proud of developing a strong IER team in Singapore, nurturing talents that will continue to help you to solve your operational challenges today and tomorrow. Together we built a dynamic and agile organisation to offer a sustainable development of solutions for Airports and Airlines. We have delivered incredible self-service projects across our region.

Here are the facts: When customer service get done, it can tremendously boost a company’s bottom line. So there can be a strong positive relationship between customer service and business success, no matter how a company defines “success.” And who better than @Fran?ois Bigot to illustrate the purposes. Francois is one of our pillar of our success for the last 20 years in Asia – better known as a living encyclopaedia of IER technology. In a matter of hours, a week at most, he will fix any problems. I was so impress with his highest level of integrity and customer’s focus.

New Leadership - EASIER

Ludovic Libeski is the leader who designed a leaner organisation named EASIER that promises to deliver the value you are expecting in this very competitive market.

Francois Bigot has been appointed General Manager of IER PTE LTD to manage efficiently the operations on the ground in Asia. @Jean-Luc Rauline is the Vice-President Global Sales, a prominent executive in the Airport industry who is also the President of www.proavia.com (French Airport & ATC Technology Trade Association). Jean-Luc will share his wealth of industry and technology knowledge with the sales team. He plans to listen to you soon.

I would like to thank @Franck Vitte and @Maxime Boulvain who trusted me to do the job. The team will write a new chapter of IER PTE LTD with a very efficient and lean organisation.

I could not close this chapter without thanking all IER people so caring and share their knowledge and expertise with our team in Asia.
