Your leadership was very much appreciated. I always think of a few great tips you’ve provided while working with you. One of my favorites is “if it becomes routine, delegate it. Give someone else a chance to learn, and tackle something less familiar”. I think about that almost everyday! You also suggested to have to your elevator pitch ready to go in case you end up with Jeff Immelt in the elevator. What’s most funny about that is after you gave that advice I ended up in the elevator with you and I wasn’t prepared! That’s never happened again. Your advice and down to earth personality helped me grow. Thank you.

Hi Steve, I came across your post as I am helping a friend with a project at the moment.
