Last date for listed entities to give Intimation to the Stock Exchanges regarding submission of Financial Results

Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, every listed entity shall intimate to the stock exchange in the first quarter of the financial year, whether or not listed entity opts to additionally submit quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results.

Accordingly, every listed company is required to give intimation to all the stock exchanges where securities of the company are listed by June 30th of every year stating whether it opts to additionally submit quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results along with the standalone financial results and this option shall not be changed during the financial year.
