In the last couple of weeks I have pushed through towards 60 days in a row of hard training

I have had hiccups along the way. I started off a bit inactive for myself as I am normally training in the Spring but late winter I had a mass and a nasty infection from a bite that due to my high tolerance I did not notice it and it almost killed me. I was lanced and had 3 anti biotics for 5 weeks through the end of April. It takes normally double the time to get back and in between you can be winded, fuzzy and have pain in the joints and weakness.

 So I started blogging to jump start myself and despite improving I have run into knee pain which is no surprise due to my history, back pain, same idea and I have had odd muscle pain. But I did not yield, instead I thought and altered my workouts and the East Coast sudden drop in temperature and rain have not helped but I am still plugging away. :)
