January 27, 2025, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will be updating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and cracking down on robotexts and robocalls.? Businesses in violation of the new regulations will face some pretty hefty fines ($500-$1,500 penalty per violating text or call!).?
