As you may or may not know, I’m actually very introverted.

When I realized that I could still become a high performer in meetings, interviews, and presentations despite my introversion, my life changed forever.

That journey led me to become a motivational speaker, and then sparked an obsession with helping others achieve what I did.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when introverts and those with a fear of public speaking unlock their potential.
