NON FERROUS CHILLERS
Many of these leading edge technologies use de-mineralised, de-ionised or softened water as a cooling medium to avoid impair the cooling efficiency over time. ICS Cool Energy has developed a range of chillers to work with de-ionised and de-mineralised water for effective cooling while also protecting the element or application being cooled. Most commonly they are used in medical scanners where the process involves magnetic technology that would draw minerals and particles from a standard water cooling circuit, causing them to cluster and clog the circuit so the outcome is ineffective cooling and process failures.
HOT GAS BYPASS
Few specialists are able to offer cooling systems with a hot gas bypass solution. Put simply, this intelligent process controls the compressor so it will keep running even when there is no load. It preserves an even, cool temperature, never allowing a temperature deviation in the chiller which is particularly important for sensitive laser cooling applications.
