LaSalle Exploration Inc. (LSX-V) Setting the stage for the Radisson property, James Bay-Eeyou Istchee, Québec
Event: LaSalle Exploration Inc. reported a project update in regards to its Radisson property. New geophysics results reported.
Impact: Slightly positive. Results of the IP geophysical survey have confirmed a number of targets coincident with established known gold and gold-copper surface mineralization as well as the new targets on less explored areas of the Radisson Property. Should help vector the summer plans to follow-up with field investigation (geological mapping and prospecting).
Analysis
· On June 8, 2020, LaSalle announced a project update on its 100% owned Radisson property in James Bay - Eeyou Istchee, Québec. An IP ("induced polarization") geophysical survey recently completed has led to the identification of high priority targets, several of which are coincident with gold and gold-copper surface mineralization. These targets should be followed up during the upcoming summer field program. The upcoming summer 2020 exploration work to be conducted beginning in July, should include extensive prospecting and sampling as well as geological mapping, rock and soil sampling over the IP anomalies in order to prioritize targets for a subsequent diamond drill program. The Radisson property covers 4,550 ha located ~80km SSE of the locality of La Grande/Radisson and east of the Route de la Baie James (James Bay Road) proximal to the highly prospective regional contact between the La Grande and Opinaca geological Sub Provinces host to the Eleonore Mine (Newmont), the Cheechoo deposit (Sirios Resources (SOI-V)) and the La Pointe deposit (Québec Precious Metals (CJC-V)). The Radisson property is easily accessible via the main north-south James Bay paved road 1.5 km to the west.
· Area heating up: Previous work in 2014 and before has resulted in the discovery of copper-nickel (Cu-Ni) mineralization as well as gold-copper-silver (Au-Cu-Ag) mineralization disseminated in favourable volcanic, mafic intrusive and sedimentary rocks with values up to 25 g/t Au and 0.22% Cu, 6.3 g/t Au and 3.08% Cu, and 5.1 g/t Au and 5.30% Cu. Previous work by LaSalle had included airborne electromagnetic geophysical surveying (VTEM), prospecting, mapping and ground electromagnetic (EM) geophysical surveying. The recent 43.6 line-km gradient IP survey was completed by Abitibi Geophysics of Val d'Or in the central portion of the property and was designed to delineate and classify zones of disseminated sulphide mineralization. Over 12 chargeability zones outlined by the survey (with axes extending over lengths varying from 475 to 1,200 m) are rated as first priority drill targets and lie within a NW-SE deformation corridor of ~1.3 km wide characterized by structural complexities likely favourable for gold endowment. In addition, an OreVision IP survey was completed on widely spaced reconnaissance lines on the eastern and western portions of the Radisson property generating more targets. The summer 2020 program should likely investigate the IP anomalies and several isolated chargeability responses on the eastern portion of the Radisson property on trend with the Serpent property of Harfang Exploration Inc. (HAR-V (please see https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-go-full-throttle-serpent-eric-lemieux/?published=t). We continue to believe that the Langelier Complex (Archean crustal basement onto which volcano-sedimentary assemblages were deposited and partially preserved) could emerge as new Au-Ag-Cu endowed district.

LaSalle Begins Exploration at Radisson and Announces Results from Annual General Meeting
LaSalle reported that exploration activities have resumed on it's 100% owned Radisson Property in the Eeyou Istchee-James Bay Territory, Québec. Strict protocols to ensure the protection of all stakeholders in the Eeyou Istchee-James Bay area and in accordance with the guidelines of INSPQ (Centre d'Expertise et de Reference en Santé Publique) and CNESST (Commission des Normes, de l'Equite, de la Santé et de la Securité du Travail), are applied and been reviewed by the Cree nation government. Planned exploration based on compiled technical information includes detailed geological mapping, outcrop and soil sampling, prospecting and BeepMat surveying; likely to be followed by diamond drilling. The summer program shall focus on identifying the source of several isolated IP chargeability responses on the eastern portion of the Radisson Property, proximal to recent results by Harfang Resources (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-go-full-throttle-serpent-eric-lemieux/). The presence of a very strong basal till gold anomaly down ice from the Radisson Property boundary is notable.

Expanding the Field Program at Radisson, James Bay-Eeyou Istchee, Québec
https://lasallecorp.com/news-releases/2020/09/lasalle-expands-field-program-at-radisson
On September 30, 2020, LaSalle announced a project update on its 100% owned Radisson property in James Bay - Eeyou Istchee, Québec. The field program initiated in July 2020, consisting of geological mapping, prospecting of IP geophysical targets, and soil sampling (233 samples) as well as rock sampling has been expanded based on the delineation of several gold-in-soil geochemical anomalies along the SE area of the Radisson property. An individual soil sample yielded 0.454 g/t Au. Saliently, these results are proximal and up ice from the strong gold-in-till anomalies and recent bedrock discoveries on the adjoining Harfang Exploration Inc. (HAR-V) Serpent property and its Stu Structure (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-serpent-stu-structure-emerging-lemieux/).
Based on the Radisson property’s structural features, the geochemical anomalies and the close spatial association of the moderate to strong induced polarization chargeability anomalies; an expanded geochemical and basal till sampling program is warranted. We understand that field crews are back on site through October to conduct infill soil geochemical sampling, basal till sampling, geological and detailed structural mapping, and prospecting.
More to come.

LaSalle Discovers High-Grade Gold Zones at Radisson - Grab Samples up to 64.5 g/t Gold
https://lasallecorp.com/news-releases/2020/12/lasalle-discovers-high-grade-gold-zones-at-radisson
· On December 9, 2020, LaSalle reported the discovery of high-grade gold in bedrock on its 100% owned Radisson Property in the Eeyou Istchee - James Bay Territory, Québec. These new discoveries (notably the Goldhawk and Goldfang Zones) near the southern border of the Radisson property appear to be extensions to Harfang Exploration (HAR-V) gold-enriched Stu Structural Corridor (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-serpent-till-anomaly-refined-lemieux/). High grade grab values up to 64.50 g/t gold encountered at the Goldhawk Zone, within altered diorite host rocks, in part, with no quartz veining, suggest that gold occurs in multiple rock types and are likely indicative of a large gold system. The Radisson property covers 4,550 ha located ~80km SSE of the locality of La Grande/Radisson and east of the Route de la Baie James (Billy Diamond Highway) (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/lasalle-exploration-inc-lsx-v-setting-stage-radisson-property-eric/).
· A total of 164 bedrock grab samples were collected during the fall 2020 program. The discoveries are the result of targeting based on the re-interpretation of the regional to property scale structural features using airborne magnetic surveys and the updated geological mapping from the 2020 summer program. The work focused in areas of intersecting westerly and SW trending structures.
· The Goldhawk Zone has been identified over an area of 100 m x 50m, remains open along its strike and width, and contains anomalous to high-grade gold (values of 64.50 g/t and 36.71 g/t Au) in coarse-grained diorite along with anomalous silver (up to 21.7 g/t Ag) and molybdenum (330 ppm). The Zone consists of a corridor of pyrite-bearing (1 to 2%) aplite dykes and centimetric quartz veins cross-cutting coarse-grained diorite. Notably samples taken in the biotite-altered diorite host with no quartz veins but with 1 to 4% fine-grained disseminated pyrite and pyrrhotite also returned higher grade assays of up to 6.72 g/t and 9.30 g/t Au.
· The Goldfang Zone, outlined over an area of 50 x 50 m to date, returned anomalous to high-grade copper and gold, along with anomalous silver, in diorite and amphibolite. The mineralization consists of semi-massive sulphide horizons of pyrite (5 to 15%), chalcopyrite (2 to 5%) and bornite (1%) that locally contain quartz veins. Assay values ranged from 1.01 g/t to 5.93 g/t Au, up to 48 g/t Ag and up to 2.34% Cu in close proximity to amphibolite.
· At the Eli - MM5 Au-Ag-Cu Trend, high-grade gold was discovered within westerly trending quartz veins with <1 to 2% fine grained disseminated pyrite hosted in a medium grained tonalite. Assay values ranged from 4.04 g/t to 16.70 g/t Au with anomalous silver up to 1.70 g/t.
· Results demonstrate there is widespread anomalous gold (0.1 to 1 g/t) in multiple rock types including amphibolite (volcanic), sediments and intrusive rocks, dominantly associated with quartz veins with <1% pyrite. The highest-grade gold results are associated with westerly trending quartz veins in intrusive rocks (diorite and tonalite). The anomalous gold in multiple rock types at Goldhawk and Goldfang combined with overall aerial extent of anomalous gold (0.1 to 1 g/t) that is indicative of large gold system. LaSalle is currently planning an IP geophysical survey and detailed ground magnetic survey to be followed likely by diamond drilling. These surveys shall be focussed on the southern area of the Radisson property and cover the western extension of the Stu Structural Corridor from the Goldhawk and Goldfang Zones.

On January 27, 2021, LaSalle announced that the 2021 exploration program has commenced on it’s 100% owned Radisson Property (4,450-ha) in the James Bay-Eeyou Istchee Territory, Québec. A ground magnetic survey is underway to further enhance the definition of gold targets and a planned 88-km IP (induced polarization) geophysical survey is targeting the areas encompassing the Goldhawk and Goldfang high-grade gold discoveries. These 2 new gold discoveries are located near the south-central border of the Radisson property adjacent to the Serpent Property owned by Harfang Exploration Inc. HAR-V) (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/posts/eric-lemieux-9468715_harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-harfang-activity-6754759218995204097-JMxh and https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-serpent-till-anomaly-refined-lemieux/). The Goldhawk and Goldfang gold-bearing zones represent the highest gold grades recorded to date on Radisson property and occur within an area defined by the convergence of a series of E-W structures within the WNW trending gold-bearing Stu Structural Corridor (SSC).
The IP survey target areas having favourable structural and geological trends in extension of the SSC which represents a potential new Quebec gold exploration hot spot. The SSC extends 3.5 km ESE from Radisson onto the Serpent Property and is defined by several new high-grade gold showings associated with quartz veins and, saliently, a large gold in till anomaly characterized by Stuart Averill of Overburden Drilling Management as one of the most significant in Canada.
Finally, LaSalle is assuring that work is completed according to the protocols relative to the recent COVID-19 restrictions and for the health and safety of all stakeholders of the area.
Update - April 7, 2021:
LaSalle Provides Radisson Exploration and Corporate Update
https://lasallecorp.com/2021/04/07/lasalle-provides-radisson-exploration-and-corporate-update/
On April 7, 2021 LaSalle provided an update on its exploration activities on the 100% owned Radisson Property, located in the Eeyou Istchee - James Bay Territory in Québec. The 84-km IP (induced polarization) geophysical survey was completed on schedule along with a detailed 90-km ground magnetic survey. The 4,450-ha Radisson Property has up to 3 target areas including where the WNW trending, gold bearing Stu Structural Corridor ("SSC") projects onto the Radisson Property (containing the Goldhawk and the Goldfang high-grade gold discoveries made by LaSalle in late 2020). These are adjacent to Harfang Exploration Inc. (HAR-V) Serpent property (see: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/harfang-exploration-inc-har-v-drilling-commenced-serpent-eric-lemieux/).
The geophysical surveys also covered the Wisht target area which occurs 2 km along strike to the west of the Goldhawk Zone at the intersection of the WNW trending SSC and the E-W trending Serpent ultramafic body. As well as a 1,500 m of strike length further west along the southern half of the Property that includes the Taramac, South Flank and Leo mineralized occurrences. Limited prospecting late last year also discovered zones of sericite schist interpreted to be favourable structures to host gold mineralization. These areas, along with several others, are targeted for systematic exploration in the upcoming field season. The newly compiled geophysical data as well as structural studies shall be incorporated into target selection for the 2021 planned diamond drill program.
LaSalle also recently completed a $2M flow-through financing and is well positioned to execute its planned exploration programs including its first diamond drill program at Radisson, as well as continuing to advance the high-grade gold Egan and Blakelock properties in Ontario.
