There’s plenty to do this July 4th in Las Vegas with a multitude of themed celebrations, rooftop pool parties, fireworks, and shows. Here's what you need to know.

Events

The LINQ Promenade starting on June 30 will be host to an LED parade to kick off the holiday. It will also offer views of Caesars Palace’s annual fireworks show. Spectators can also watch from a High Roller cabin, 550 feet in the air. Artists will be offering free “body marbling,” turning bodies into psychedelic works of art.

On June 30, guests can splash about at the rooftop Pool at the Plaza Hotel & Casino. Expect a fireworks show and a hot dog eating contest. Many are expected to party alongside the 70,000-square-foot pool deck as they enjoy cocktails and DJ performance.

Over at Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas there will be a rooftop barbecue featuring food carts and drink specials from June 30 to July 4. Beer Park guests will also have front row seats to a firework show on the Strip starting at 9:15 p.m. on June 30.

On July 7th, visitors can head to Lake Las Vegas’ event, Americana at the hotel’s Reflection Bay Golf Club. The event is an evening of art, music, and fireworks starting with an art reception followed by a performance by the Henderson Symphony Orchestra and then a fireworks show to end the night.

Shows

David Copperfield will have two shows on the 4th at the David Copperfield Theater in the MGM Grand. Besides attending the 90-minute show, there’s also a VIP Meet and Greet package which includes front row seats, a meet and greet with David Copperfield, a photo with him, and an autographed 8x10 headshot.

Cirque Du Soleil’s “O” at the Bellagio Las Vegas will offer two performances on July 4. The aquatic-themed show is a hit as spectators witness underwater acrobatics, synchronized swimmers, divers and an array of unique technical tricks utilizing water, air, and fire.
