Las Vegas Chef Creates Fun Concoction for National Noodle Day on Thursday, October 6

If you have an opportunity draw some attention to your business on a special holiday, I say go for it.

To celebrate National Noodle Day on Thursday, October 6, my friend and client, Chef Wes Kendrick of Table 34 Las Vegas, has created a new dish:  He will have macaroni and cheese with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and a side of toasted rye with thousand island dressing on both the lunch and dinner menu.

"Our reubens and our mac and cheese are both very popular, so pairing them for National Noodle Day was a fun experiment for me as a chef," said Chef Wes Kendrick.

The restaurant came up with the National Noodle Day promotion earlier this week and staff will promote the special through social media and through announcements to customers on Thursday.
