Large Serious Buyer for Bulk Rough Diamonds

Several Large and Serious Buyers for Bulk Rough Diamonds and Term Monthly Contracts. Clear or White Rough Diamonds, No Florescence 3 Carats & Above.    

Additional lots of 10 - 30 carats also wanted - as well as Colored Diamonds     and Colored Gemstones (Ruby, Emerald, Tourmaline, etc)

[ Cut Diamonds are also welcome and acceptable to the mix ]

Trade Details:

No SWIFTs, SBLCs or other bank financial instruments issued, used or involved Seller to pay for their Kimberly Certificate/s.  Buyer will reimburse the seller for the associated expenses to be discussed at closing (CIF).

Parcel registered and entered to Brinks or Malca-Amit - destination NYC             Buyer verifies parcel through Brinks account (POP).                                            Buyer will show POF (proof of funds) through Brinks account to Seller.

Gemologists inspect and evaluate parcel Up to 50,000 carats                                     Amount of the parcel or product that has been inspected paid for the same day.   Upon closings daily, consultants' commissions are paid each day upon whatever amount of the product is purchased by the buyer at that time.              

Commission structure. 3% total as follows: Seller rep=1%.  Buyer rep=1%. Intermediaries=1% TBA                                                                                             Buyer and Seller agree upon future (contract) deliveries with same procedures.  Buyer is willing and able to enter into contract for up to 5 years. 

Everything is agreed by both Seller and Buyer to be transacted and conducted through Brinks, New York, including POP, POF and transport.  

The Seller to first send the following three items signed on letterhead:               

1. The Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)                                                                   2. The Manifest                                                                                                                       3. The Full Corporate Offer (FCO)

Once those are obtained, the buyer's LOI will then be provided and a principal-to-principal phone call will occur between seller and buyer (or their actual authorized agents).

If NY is a Challenge for delivery Geneva or other options are possibilities.
