The Laptop
A man buys a laptop. Six months down the track it begins to give trouble. He brings it to the repair guy who tells him it's a virus take it to the manufacturer. The man says not possible ill seek a second opinion after many weeks and trips to IT stores who told him the same thing he finally decided to send it back to the manufacture. The weeks went by and a knock came to the man's door a courier sign here please it was the laptop nice clean and tidy with a note Dear MR xx xxx we have done a full logistic and everything is grand we made some changes we hope it will satisfy you. There is one issue that we must bring to your attention it seems that when the system files were been uploaded there was an error which cannot be cured we do have a solution. We apologise for the inconvenience that this has happened but for some strange reason, it occurs in one in every thousand. The solution to our challenge and yours is to and please find included a CD-ROM to run the unit and get the best working practice you must upload the disk and don't take it out or stop using it as the corrupted system file will start to disable the unit which will lead to the virus returning with the unit slowing down or dying . once again we are sorry for the inconvenience your IT support. The man did as was suggested and the unit continued to be a productive member in the office. I hope when reading this you get the message
