Twenty winners emerged in the Lagos Public Relations Galand Awards 2023 competitive segment at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos, on 21 December 2023.
They won for originality, creativity, resourcefulness, and adherence to set standards, according to the Lapriga Selection Committee in an address by its chairman, Mr Chido Nwakanma.
