Language is to connect and not divide people
According to the Census of India of 2001, India has 122 major languages and 1599 other languages. Few of us have no objection to using English which is not even an Indian language but has differences over which Indian language is superior and should be spoken. Hindi is our national language simply because it is a common language that connects people from North to South and East to West. No need for any comparison, every language has its importance, glory, and history.?

3 年Fundamentally agree to the point you are making, however, just a minor correction. India has no national language. Hindi is one of the official languages along with English. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_of_India
