Langchain is an open source framework that provides a layer of configurability between ChatGPT4, your data and end user questions in your company specific Chatbot.

The business benefit is very cost effective options ($5K-$100K depending on scope) for company chatbot/LLM applications using company-specific data and rules and optimized for company policies and goals.
