New on LandInsight: Topography ???
We're kicking things off with some big news: we've released Topography on LandInsight for all Unlimited customers.?
By having a comprehensive understanding of the slope and aspect of a piece of land, not only will you save time and reduce costs, you'll also be able to make informed decisions and find new opportunities, fast.?
Our Topography insights are designed to give you a clear picture of a site's terrain and provide you with all the info you need. You'll see:?
Plus, Topography is now included in your site reports so you can easily share these insights with key stakeholders.???
To try it out, head to the Explorer on the left and toggle on the new Topography layer. Or, simply select a site and look for Topography insights in the Assessment panel on the right.?

A recent RTPI report reveals that new housing developments remain car-dependant, despite a decade of sustainable planning policies.?
The research, which includes an analysis of planning permission data from LandTech, found no significant reduction in journey times to key amenities by public transport, cycling or walking.?

First look: New Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data???

Hosted in the Property Information section on LandInsight, you can use this data to quickly assess a property's energy efficiency.?
